About Paré de Bijoux

Meet the Maker
Hi everyone and welcome to Paré de Bijoux.
My name is Alex and I originally started Paré de Bijoux as a small hobby but it has become a complete passion of mine making high quality handmade jewellery pieces. From starting out just making woven friendship bracelets I have progressed my skills to beading, threading and basic silversmithing etc. I aim to carry on learning more about jewellery making so I can take my knowledge and skills further.
With all my profit made from sales on my site and doing markets I have saved up and enrolled with the Jewellers Academy for a year long diploma to cover all aspects of silversmithing and jewellery making which then in turn helps me make more beautiful pieces for you, my loyal customer.
I am currently creating a beautiful collection of handpicked costume jewellery and accessories. A lot of time and effort has gone into sourcing these stunning pieces that I know you will love. A couple of pieces are already available on my site and more will be added soon!
My passion for high quality and good value for money along with excellent customer service has driven Paré de Bijoux from the beginning, and will continue to drive into the future.
I know that every product counts, and I will always strive to make the entire shopping experience as rewarding as possible. If you have any questions about what I can do for you or even if you would just like to chat, please do not hesitate to get in touch!

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
Sterling Silver Jewellery
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of other metals, usually copper, which makes it much more durable compared to fine silvers as fine silver can be very soft. This will also help your piece last longer and stay looking the best it possibly can. I source my sterling silver findings from an independent family run business in the UK so I know only the best goes into your jewellery.
Silver Plated Jewellery
Silver plated jewellery has a fine layer of silver covering a base metal that is commonly copper or brass (I always try to ensure there is no lead or nickel in our products). The layer of silver is very thin, so will naturally wear off over a long period of time. However, if cared for correctly you will be able to get the most out of your silver plated pieces.
Semi Precious Gemstones
I use a number of different gemstones with our jewellery pieces. a lot of these I source from all over the world and make sure once again that the best goes into your jewellery.
